During this phase, some light relief measures will be taken:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Children can go outside (already introduced).<\/li>\n<li>May, 2: Individual outdoor sports.<\/li>\n<li>May, 4:<strong>\u00a0Small business are allowed to open by appointment<\/strong>\u00a0and for individual customer care only.<\/li>\n<li>May 4: Customers are allowed to\u00a0<strong>collect food from bars and restaurants<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>by appointment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Phase 1: Initial<\/h2>\n<p>It has been announced for the time being that this phase could start in all provinces on 11 May, provided the figures go well. Main steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Commercial buildings and shops with the exception of shopping centers\u00a0<\/strong>may be opened generally, but capacity is limited to\u00a0<strong>30%<\/strong>, with a minimum\u00a0<strong>distance of 2 meters<\/strong>\u00a0between customers. If this is not possible, only one customer may enter the store. Special opening hours will be established for those over 65.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bars and restaurants\u00a0<\/strong>are allowed to open their\u00a0<strong>terraces<\/strong>\u00a0up to\u00a0<strong>30%<\/strong>\u00a0of their capacity (customers are not allowed inside).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hotels\u00a0<\/strong>may be reopened with the exception of common areas (eg breakfast room).<\/li>\n<li>People can return to their second homes, but only in case the property is located within the same province.<\/li>\n<li>Churches and places of worship are allowed to open again to a limited extent (30% of the capacity).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Phase 2: Intermediate<\/h2>\n<p>The most important measures during the next phase are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Restaurants and bars\u00a0<\/strong>will be allowed\u00a0<strong>also indoors\u00a0<\/strong>again, but at\u00a0<strong>30%<\/strong>\u00a0of the capacity and with sufficient distance between customers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cinemas, theaters and auditoriums<\/strong>\u00a0are allowed to open for a third, as are museums and conference rooms.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outdoor concerts and events<\/strong>\u00a0are permitted again for up to 400 (seated) visitors. Inside the maximum is 50 people.<\/li>\n<li>The<strong>\u00a0resumption of professional sports competitions<\/strong>\u00a0is allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Phase 3: Open<\/h2>\n<p>During this last phase, Spain returns to the &#8220;new normal&#8221;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Commerce, restaurants, bars and hotels can increase their capacity<\/strong>\u00a0by 50% as long as the distance of 2 meters between people is respected.<\/li>\n<li>During this phase,\u00a0<strong>mobility is again possible<\/strong>\u00a0between provinces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>When will the next phase start?<\/h2>\n<p>Although no specific dates have been set, there is an approximate timetable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Phase 0: 04\/05 &#8211; 10\/05<\/li>\n<li>Phase 1: 11\/05 &#8211; 24\/05<\/li>\n<li>Phase 2: 25\/05 &#8211; 07\/06<\/li>\n<li>Phase 3: 08\/06 &#8211; 21\/06<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It will be determined\u00a0<strong>per province<\/strong>\u00a0whether the conditions for the next phase are met. The\u00a0<strong>timeframe of the different phases will for this reason be different per province<\/strong>.
