After acquiring a stake in IFAR Insurances in 2018, EuroEconomics Group was in 2024 co-founder of IFAR Finance (Spain) with the aim to make it easier for foreign families, investors and companies to finance their homes and projects in Spain.
Licence Central Bank of Spain
After obtaining the license of the Banco de España the same year, IFAR Finance was able to offer all kind of mortgages and tailor made project financing for international clients of IFAR Finance and other companies of the EuroEconomics Group.

Clients are provided with the best conditions for mortgages, large investments and complex project financing ranging up to hundreds of millions of euros.
