Inheritance tax

Do you have a question? You are very welcome, click here. No costs

The inheritance and gift tax is regulated differently in every European country. Each country has its own national and sometimes, as in Spain, even regional tax rates.

Estate planning

Spain departs from the receiver for the taxation, while other countries might take the testator or donor into account. Spain considers cohabiting partners (not married) by default as third parties, which can lead to twice as much estate tax.

It is recommendable to map out your situation in time.
