Nº1 Happy Client Score
Our Happy Client Score is based on surveys conducted among a random selection of more than 500 clients and business relations. Our most recent Net Promoter Score (NPS) was +90 on the internationally recognised scale ranging from -100 to +100.
Converted into a more intuitive European scale from 0 to 10, this corresponds to a Happy Client Score of 9.5. To the best of our knowledge, this is the highest score in our sector in Spain and places us alongside, and even above, many internationally admired brands known for outstanding customer loyalty.
An Internationally Recognised Methodology
We use the internationally recognised Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology, a system widely used by leading organisations around the world.
The result is based on a single question: “How likely are you to recommend our company to friends, family or business associates?”
Clients who rate us a 9 or 10 are classified as Promoters.
Those who rate us 6 or below are classified as Detractors.
The percentage of Promoters minus the percentage of Detractors results in a score between -100 and +100, known as the Net Promoter Score.
From NPS to Happy Client Score
The only adjustment we have made is converting the traditional American NPS scale into a more familiar European scale from 0 to 10. We call this our Happy Client Score.
Because, ultimately, happy clients are what matter most.
