EuroEconomics' AI with A Face

'Our' Dalila!

How Dalila makes AI work for us

From to-do to ta-da with a smile!

How Dalila Makes AI Work for EuroEconomics

EuroEconomics’ philosophy is that digital transformation only creates value when people enjoy working with it. Not through more tools, but through better understanding, clarity, and trust.

That is where Dalila Faraj comes in.

International Business and Communication

Dalila grew up in Amsterdam and studied International Business and Languages, combining analytical thinking with a strong sense of context, culture, and communication.

That combination is now at the heart of her work at EuroEconomics.

Digital Transformation That Makes Work Easier

During the pandemic, Dalila supported teams in the transition to digital and hybrid working. There, she saw what technology can truly do when used well: make work easier and support people, rather than overwhelm them.

She dove deeper into programming and AI, without getting swept up in the hype. For Dalila, it is not about chasing tools, but about learning how to learn and applying that knowledge in practical ways.

AI Strategy and Adoption at EuroEconomics

In her current role, Dalila leads AI strategy and AI adoption across all offices of the EuroEconomics Group. She helped shape the role herself, with a clear focus on responsible, practical, and future proof use of AI.

Her work ranges from contributing to AI strategy to developing agents for contextual email support. She also runs EuroEconomics’ Tech Snacks, short knowledge sessions with immediately applicable insights, and provides daily guidance to colleagues working with AI.

Clear, Practical, and Human Centred

What sets Dalila apart is her ability to explain complex topics clearly without oversimplifying them. By connecting technology directly to everyday work, she helps both technical and nontechnical colleagues build confidence and skills in using AI.

Her personal mission fits seamlessly with this work. Turning to do lists into ta da lists, with skills taking priority over tools.

Space to Build

At EuroEconomics, we create room for growth, ownership, and innovation. Dalila uses that space with conviction, focus, and craftsmanship. Her work shows that digital transformation can be human, responsible, and effective.
