In 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed with Doornbos & Cheema. DC has been an advisory office on Ibiza since 2009, serving high‑net‑worth international individuals, and approached EuroEconomics for a strategic partnership to strengthen its back‑office capabilities.

For EuroEconomics, this collaboration marks another step in following our clients—staying as close as possible to them with local expertise and delivering service at the highest possible level.

After acquiring a stake in IFAR Insurance in 2018, the decision was made to expand the service offering to include mortgages and large, complex financing solutions.

In 2024, the license for this activity was granted by the Banco de España, and IFAR Finance SL was established with the same shareholders and share ratios as IFAR Insurance SL.

The objective is to secure a leading position within five years for this specific target group.

EuroEconomics obtained a controlling interest in OTIS Legal Solutions SL and OTIS International Lawyers SLP, together forming OTIS Legal Group Spain.

With a team of 15 colleagues, OTIS Legal Group specializes in supporting international companies and high‑net‑worth individuals operating in Spain.

With this strategic step, EuroEconomics Group, through its brands EuroEconomics, IFAR Insurance, and OTIS Legal Group reinforces its position as the leading independent one‑stop shop for international private clients and businesses in Spain.

By maintaining a sharp focus on our target audience and expanding our services around their needs, our goal is to double the team and triple revenue within five years.

The Balearic Islands have increasingly become a destination for the happy few. In line with EuroEconomics’ growth strategy, centering on our clients and following them wherever needed we opened an office in Palma de Mallorca.

Our ambition is to quickly build a highly innovative full‑service team with local and international lawyers, tax specialists, accountants, and advisors, offering foreign private clients and businesses the best all‑in service desk in the Balearics.

EuroEconomics Group Holding acquired a stake in IFAR Insurance (established in 2006), a leading independent insurance brokerage for international companies and high‑net‑worth individuals in Spain.

This collaboration strengthens our overarching mission: reducing the barriers for EuroEconomics’ clients who wish to establish themselves in Spain.

EuroEconomics opened a new office in Alicante due to rapidly growing real estate investments in the region by international investors.

With a local office and local professionals equipped with on‑the‑ground knowledge and connections. EuroEconomics gains a clear strategic advantage over other international firms by deliberately choosing to follow the client.

We opened offices in Madrid and Marbella and integrated Ibersupport Girona, which was rebranded as EuroEconomics Girona.

We experienced steady growth and became one of the most innovative and largest independent service firms for international companies and high‑net‑worth individuals in Spain.

By the end of 2016, we had four offices and around forty colleagues.
