We provide full guidance and ensure that all legal matters relating to the property are completely in order. This includes ownership, permits, registrations, possible debts, seizures, special rights, and more. We guide you from the reservation stage through to the notary and verify the correct registrations and entries in the post‑completion phase. Naturally, we keep you fully informed in Dutch throughout the entire process.

2. Fiscally optimal
We ensure that you do not pay too much tax at the time of purchase and also determine the most advantageous way to structure the acquisition. When purchasing a property, you first pay a reservation amount to take the property off the market.
